Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 1 date

Instructions

Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh into blender. Add in all remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Say a prayer of gratitude and drink with joy.
