
Ingredients
Equal Parts:
- 1 cup Coriander seeds
- 1 cup Cumin seeds
- 1 cup Fennel seeds
- Water
Instructions
1. Add all the seeds into a jar and mix.
2. To make tea, add 1 tbsp of the mix into 2 cups of water and boil, turn down heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain into a mug. Say a prayer of gratitude and drink with joy.
Keep the rest of the mix in an airtight jar or container and store it in a dry place.
