
Ingredients
Base Ingredients:
- 4 almond flour or cassava tortillas cut into triangles
- Avocado oil spray (or use a brush to brush on oil)
For the Matcha Cinnamon Coconut Sugar Chips:
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
For the Chili Lime Chips:
- 1–2 tbsp chili lime seasoning (like Tajín or homemade: chili powder, lime zest, salt)
- Optional: squeeze of fresh lime after baking for tang
For the Ranch Chips:
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut almond flour tortillas into triangles and lightly spray or brush both sides with avocado oil.
3. Mix your chosen seasoning blend in a small mixing bowl until combined.
4. Toss cut tortillas into your chosen seasoning blend until coated. Place coated tortilla chips onto a lined baking sheet or in air fryer and air fry for 5 -7 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.
5. For the chili lime chips, mist or drizzle with lime juice right before serving, or finish with lime zest. For the ranch chips, serve with a creamy dip. For the matcha cinnamon chips, serve on their own or with a creamy yogurt dip.
