Ingredients

  • 2 stems of kale
  • Handful brussel sprouts
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 pomegranate (deseeded)
  • Handful of Pecans

Instructions

1. Chop finely your kale, brussel sprouts, carrots and fennel (I used a mandolin!)

2. In a bowl, massage all with olive oil

3. Top with pomegranate seeds and chopped pecans

4. Top all with a generous pour of your favorite dressing

5. Say a prayer of gratitude, serve with love, and eat with joy!
