
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked in hot water, then drained
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. Enjoy!
